windows下下载的ubuntu ISO 安裝方法
1.安裝grub4dos
2.从ISO文件中加压出 casper/vmlinuz initrd.lz 并拷贝到C:/
3.修改grub4dos的引导菜单：编辑c:/menu.lst加入
title Install ubuntu
root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz boot=casper iso-scan/filename=/ubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso
initrd /initrd.lz
boot
