11.2RAC的ASM实例上创建10g库报错ORA-29701
在Oracle11.2 RAC
的ASM
实例上创建10g
数据库时，报错说：不能连接到Cluster Manager
，不能定位到ASM
实例。具体错误信息如下：
ORA-15077: could not locate ASM instance serving a required diskgroup
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Manager
但在该集群上，创建11g
的数据库时是正常的。

我的目标是将10g
数据库迁移升级到11.2RAC
的环境中。首先是在11.2RAC
上恢复好10g
的数据库，再到11g
的RDBMS
环境中去升级。
在恢复控制文件时，就报错。显示不能连接到Cluster Manager
。
