我已经在web-inf的lib下放了jstl.jar和standard.jar包了。但是在代码第二行uri处
还是会出现：
Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jst1/core"
然后在调用自定义标签<c:set>的时候会显示：Unknown tag (c:set)的警告。
